Already helping me in less than a week
Since starting the DARE method, I've been on a long walk with friends, taken the dog to a dog park a few miles away, and driven to two different stores to do shopping (all alone except for the walk).

After reading half this book i felt like i beat the monster. I even stopped taking my beta blockers , I didn’t have another panic attack for a month. just try it and i hope it works for you too!!! It’s just a state a mind!

Free from an 8 year anxiety ordeal
I cant believe how quickly weeks I've managed to do the things in life I used to live and enjoy I've been stuck in a vicious circle of anxiety and panic attacks for 8 years spent thousands on all types of therapy all it was doing was making the anxiety in me stronger

Brilliant book!
The approach in this book is the first one that has actually worked for me and changed how I respond to the anxious thoughts, which I've been getting wrong all this time! The anxiety is still there but not as intense

Enter the DARE response. I read a free preview on my kindle and I had to admit, what I saw in the first few pages (which has the DARE response explained) convinced me to buy this amazing book. Accept where you are and what you are feeling.
This book builds on the work of Dr. Claire Weekes and is helpful in reminding me to use all the tools in my kit. I would recommend reading it.

Worth every penny.
I highly recommend this book, I’ve never had experienced anxiety before to the point where I felt like I was losing myself and this book just made me look at my anxiety in a different way. Taking care of your mental health is very much important and purchasing this book was completely worth it for me.

What a Book! Highly Recommended.
Within a few days, I felt I was able to start doing the things I used to do. Knowing that so many people experience similar symptoms as myself (and knowing that they have medical terms for them) is a relief in and of itself. I bought two additional copies for friends that deal with anxiety. Read this book and quit fearing fear.

Great Book
I chose this ratings because the book helped explain how to keep living my life with DARE techniques. I would recommend getting this book for people that are having a hard time with anxiety and panic attacks.

AMAZING!
Thank you! I have struggled with pretty intense anxiety the last six years. I have been working daily on my recovery without medication.
