Welcome
Join Us Online April 6th!
Because we have DARE members from all around the world, we received many messages from people who wanted to attend our in person workshop but are not able to due to physical distance and other restrictions.
In order to be as inclusive as possible, we have decided to also offer a live-stream option of the workshop
in attempts to make it more accessible.
After the live-stream, there will be a recording available, but only
accessible to workshop participants (live or virtual), and will not be posted anywhere else.
Join us, Barry McDonagh, Michelle Cavanaugh, and Aida Beco, as we come together with the amazing individuals we've been connecting with over Zoom.
Empowering Sessions
11:15 AM - 1:00 PM EDT: Morning sessions include guided activities focusing on the first two steps of DARE: Defuse and Allow, led by Aida and Michelle, offering both theoretical insights and practical in person role play applications.
Interactive Afternoon Workshops
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM EDT: The afternoon will be filled with an immersive workshop covering the remaining DARE steps: Run Towards and Engage, culminating in a vision session led by Barry McDonagh.
Please note, as we embrace inclusivity by extending our reach through live streaming, cameras will be present in the workshop. They will primarily focus on the hosts and the materials being presented. However, the interactive nature of our workshop means there will be moments when online attendees can have questions answered.
Don’t miss this opportunity to unlock your potential and transform your relationship with anxiety. Secure your spot for the DARE Workshop Live Webinar and be part of a global movement towards empowerment and resilience.
For any inquiries or concerns regarding the live-streaming aspect, please reach out. We're here to ensure your comfort and readiness for this transformative journey.
