Dr Sally Winston has been recognized regionally and nationally for over 40-years for her expertise in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders.
After working at Sheppard Pratt Hospital for 17 years, she co-founded The Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland in 1992. She has served multiple roles including Chair of the Clinical Advisory Board of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and was honored with the first Jerilyn Ross Clinician Advocate Award in 2011.
She is co-author of four books: What Every Therapist Needs to Know About Anxiety Disorders: Key Concepts, Insights and Interventions (2014) , Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts (2017). Needing to Know for Sure (2019). Overcoming Anticipatory Anxiety (2022)

Dr Sanjay Gupta is a Consultant Cardiologist with specialist interest in Cardiac Imaging at York Teaching Hospital in York, UK.
He is currently working as a full time cardiologist, which includes two busy cardiology outpatient clinics per week, coronary care ward rounds and ward based in-patient responsibilities.
He also leads the non-invasive imaging unit and do stress echocardiography, complex transthoracic echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography sessions. He do almost 200 transthoracic studies, 200 stress echocardiograms and 75 transesophageal studies every year.
Dr Sanjay Gupta is also a member of DARE Advisory Board.

Michelle Cavanaugh
LCSW MBA
Michelle is licensed by the state of New York as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and her Masters of Business Administration from Iona College.
Michelle has over 20 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals in a variety of settings, including a residential treatment facility, inpatient medical hospital, mental health clinical located in a high-risk middle school in the Bronx, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and private practice. She has been with DARE since the coaching program first started back in 2009.
Aida Beco
Licensed Therapist
Aida is a state-certified alternative health practitioner and licensed therapist specializing in anxiety disorders. She works with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Clinical Hypnotherapy (CHT).
Her approach is a mixture of “straight talk” and actionable and practical techniques to help her clients become the experts of their condition and teaching them the tools they need to overcome their anxiety for good. With her unique blend of training and personal experience, she can empathize with her clients’ struggles while motivating and pushing them in the right direction.
