This is a unique opportunity to attend an in person one day DARE workshop in Dublin with a small group of just 15 people on Saturday September 18th 2021.

The workshop will cover topics such as
The workshop will run from 10am to 5pm (with a break of an hour for lunch).
After the workshop you will be invited to attend three group zoom calls with the participants of the workshop so that you can get the extra support and encouragement you need to help you implement DARE fully.
Dr. Clare Kambamettu will be leading the workshop and Barry McDonagh will join for the afternoon session to answer many of the frequently asked questions that people have about DARE.
Dr Clare Kambamettu is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with both adults and children. She is a passionate advocate for improving mental health by building resilience as individuals and in our communities.
Clare is a regular speaker at events including Wellfest, Beo Wellness and others and is also a presenter of the RTE series EcoEye.

Already helping me in less than a week
Since starting the DARE method, I've been on a long walk with friends, taken the dog to a dog park a few miles away, and driven to two different stores to do shopping (all alone except for the walk).

Free from an 8 year anxiety ordeal
I cant believe how quickly weeks I've managed to do the things in life I used to live and enjoy I've been stuck in a vicious circle of anxiety and panic attacks for 8 years spent thousands on all types of therapy all it was doing was making the anxiety in me stronger

Brilliant book!
The approach in this book is the first one that has actually worked for me and changed how I respond to the anxious thoughts, which I've been getting wrong all this time! The anxiety is still there but not as intense

Enter the DARE response. I read a free preview on my kindle and I had to admit, what I saw in the first few pages (which has the DARE response explained) convinced me to buy this amazing book. Accept where you are and what you are feeling.
This book builds on the work of Dr. Claire Weekes and is helpful in reminding me to use all the tools in my kit. I would recommend reading it.

Worth every penny.
I highly recommend this book, I’ve never had experienced anxiety before to the point where I felt like I was losing myself and this book just made me look at my anxiety in a different way. Taking care of your mental health is very much important and purchasing this book was completely worth it for me.

What a Book! Highly Recommended.
Within a few days, I felt I was able to start doing the things I used to do. Knowing that so many people experience similar symptoms as myself (and knowing that they have medical terms for them) is a relief in and of itself. I bought two additional copies for friends that deal with anxiety. Read this book and quit fearing fear.

Great Book.

AMAZING!.
