– I went into the grocery store and had a panic attack. I raced home, gasping for air every step of the way, went into my son’s room and said I wasn’t coming back out.
I took this photo after I signed myself into an inpatient mental health treatment center, and was super excited to get my daily phone allowance to call my kids. I only made it 3 days and left against medical advice. I was 109lbs, scared any food was going to send me in anaphylaxis, daily panic attacks, couldn’t drive, began having difficulty leaving my house.

– I’m back, baby 140lbs, back to work at a school, taking care of my kids, house, daily duties. I can’t remember the last time I had a panic attack. I went to Florida in February and had a great time! Zero meds.
This program helped save my life. If you’re struggling, just keep going. Small steps every day lead to big changes. I am happy, I am healthy, I am a new me.
