Much of this book is based on the way I healed my own anxiety disorder but a great deal also comes from the many people I have had the good fortune of coaching over the years.
I have incorporated so much of their wisdom and insight into this new book that I really see it as collective effort rather than my book. I owe special thanks to Michelle Cavanaugh who has run my coaching program for the past several years. She has such a unique way of explaining complex psychological topics in ways that everyone can grasp quickly.
